- Not sure what style this will fit in... it has element of both
a dry and a sweet stout, although I will not be adding any non-fermentable
sugar, so it will only be as sweet as the yeast's attenuation
provides.
- Tasting on 6/11/04 - Nice! This is a very luscious, dark, thirst-quenching stout. Good balance of sweetness and roasted barley. I can't think of anything to improve this, except for perhaps kegging it sooner! Aging has been kind to this batch, though.
