| Notes: |
- Treated water with 2 tsp. gypsum to raise sulfate ions to help
accentuate hop bitterness and general dryness.
- 9/7 - Tasted a few bottles, and this turned
out to be a very lightly carbonated beer. I was trying to
be true to the draught style, but I think it might have been a
bit underdone. Never-the-less, I roused the yeast in all
of the bottles to perhaps encourage a little more carbonation.
The taste is good-- clean and smooth, and the Kent Goldings come
through subtly but nicely.
